Cassina Commercial Training Specialist - Internship

Position purpose
The person will support the Training Manager in preparing and organizing the Training sessions including the update of the Training Materials and help organizing the workflow with the agency for the Cassina E-Learning Platform project.

He/She/They will also coordinate with the Digital & Media Team in preparing contents for the future E-Learning Platform.

Responsibilities
  • Update and implement the Training Calendar 2023;
  • Supporting the implementation of the Cassina Brand Ambassador Training Journey through CRM first, and then the future E-Learning Platform;
  • Coordinate with UVET agency for Dealers visits and training programs;
  • Function as a Training understudy for dealers and architects HQ visits;
  • Supporting the digital training materials management throughout the year;
  • Supporting the workflow organization with the agency for the E-Learning Platform;
  • Staying up to date with training trends to help create new training materials to be used in the future E-Learning Platform;
  • Coordinate with external suppliers for the creation of new training contents to be uploaded in the future E-Learning Platform;
  • Coordinate with Digital and Media Team for the creation of new training contents;
  • Coordinate the with Cassina Sales Force to better understand the network needs;
  • Monitor the dealer’s stakeholders needs to optimize engagement with the training tools.

Skills and Knowledge
  • Confident in public speaking;
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills and developed interpersonal skills;
  • Must be highly organized and detail-oriented;
  • Team collaboration and consensus-building skills, with ability to effectively work with cross-functional teams; 
  • Readily adapt to new processes/technologies and change and help others operate flexibly;
  • Ability to work in fast paced environments;
  • The ideal candidate should be passionate about luxury industry and most of all the design world.

Education & Work experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in Service Design, Design Management, Interaction Design, Marketing and Communication or related degree;
  • Knowledge of Power Point, Excel and Microsoft Office suite;
  • Knowledge of video editing programs is appreciated but not mandatory;
  • Knowledge of Adobe programs is appreciated but not mandatory.
