Cassina Yachting Business Developer

Responsibilities
As part of our strategic growth within the high-end yachting market, we are looking for a Business Developer with experience in luxury interiors or yacht furnishings to lead international business development and build strong commercial partnerships.
 
Main activities
  • Develop and strengthen business relationships with shipyards, yacht designers, architects, and interior contractors;
  • Identify new business opportunities in key international markets;
  • Collaborate with the technical and design teams to deliver customized furnishing solutions aligned with the brand’s image and quality standards;
  • Manage the entire sales process: prospecting, presentation, quotation, negotiation, and deal closure;
  • Represent the company at major yachting and luxury design trade fairs and events worldwide;
  • Monitor market trends, competitors, and emerging client needs to support strategic decisions. 

Education & Work Experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in Economy, Interior Design/Architecture or Engineering;
  • 5+ years of experience in sales or business development roles within the luxury furniture, yachting, or high-end contract sectors;
  • Solid understanding of the yachting industry ecosystem and its key players;
  • Availability for national and international travel.

  • Strong communication and relationship-building abilities;
  • Strategic thinking and entrepreneurial mindset;
  • Long-term partnership orientation;
  • Strong commercial drive, autonomy, and ability to manage complex negotiations;
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a refined sense of design and aesthetics;
  • Ability to create high-quality 3D renderings will be considered a plus;
  • Fluency in English (spoken and written);
  • Passion for luxury design and Made in Italy excellence.

Work Location: Meda
Smart Working: 1 day per week as per Group Policy
