Cassina Store Planner APAC - Internship

Responsibilities
The Store Planner APAC Intern will support the Store Planning Manager APAC in the architectural design of showrooms, implementation of visual guidelines, orders management refering to the Asian region.
Cassina's image should be optimized and improved with constant and meticulous control of the display and architectural image.
The Intern will be part of the Retail - Store Planning team at HQ and will support the Store Planning Manager APAC in the management of new openings in Asia.

Main Activities
  • Designing new showrooms, from concept to opening;
  • Improve the product display in APAC Dealer's showroom;
  • Support the Store Planning Manager in creating a direct relationship with dealers, in order to educate them to improve the display;
  • Define a stock management plan with the Store Planning Manager, in order to support the sale from the plan.

Experience and Education
  • Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Interior Design or related degree;
  • Global experience/international mindset is a plus.

Technical and Soft skills
  • Creative thinking and problem-solving;
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
  • Excellent level of written and spoken English;
  • Team collaboration and consensus-building skills, with ability to effectively work with cross-functional teams;
  • Highly organised and detail oriented;
  • Ability to work in fast pace environment;
  • Competent in the use of architectural/graphics software;
  • Collaborative, respectful, ambitious, determined, highly efficient;
  • Empathetic and socially aware, able to work effectively with people at all levels;
  • The ideal candidate is passionate about the luxury industry.
