Karakter Brand Manager

Responsibilities
The candidate will lead the marketing and communication strategies of a luxury furniture brand, having a strong background in strategic and operational marketing, with experience in the high-end design or luxury sector.

Main activities
Reporting to the Cassina & Karakter Product Marketing Manager, the main activities the person is in charge of are:

Define and execute product strategies for the Brand collection, aligning with company goals and market trends;
Manage the product lifecycle, from concept development to production, pricing, and launch;
Analyze market data, monitor trends, and study competitors to optimize marketing strategies;
Oversee production timelines, cost analysis, and supplier relationships to maintain quality standards and profitability;
Monitor product performance and customer feedback, implementing improvements as needed;
Coordinate digital marketing activities, including SEO, SEM, social media, and content marketing;
Manage online and offline communication campaigns to increase brand awareness and attract target customers;
Oversee the creation of promotional materials, catalogs, brochures, and high-quality visual content;
Organize events, industry fairs, and collaborations with designers;
Manage the marketing budget, ensuring maximum ROI for promotional activities;
Develop and maintain relationships with media, strategic partners, and VIP clients.

Education & Work Experience

Background Marketing, Communication, Economics, or related fields;
At least 5-10 years of experience in a similar role;
Previous experience in international environments within the Luxury/Design sector will be considered a plus.

Technical and Soft Skills

Proficiency in product lifecycle management;
Proficiency in English; knowledge of a second language is a plus;
Strategic mindset and ability to work in a dynamic and competitive environment;
Strong results-oriented approach and analytical skills;
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Work Location: Meda (MB), available to business trips to Karakter Hq
Smart Working: 1 day per week as per Group Policy
